Gratitude Training Refund Requests

Gratitude Training was forced to completely suspend all operations and close the office as of Sunday March 15, 2020 (see below).

Being an event company, we have been forced to freeze all accounts awaiting word from the government in assisting us to reopen and support with massive financial losses.

This is impacting everyone on a personal livelihood level, from individuals, to families, to businesses, and further up the chain. We are all in this together.

If you are requesting a refund, please do so here.

If you have already submitted a refund request, rest assured, we will attend to all requests when we are back in business and able.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and to slow down the potential devastating spread, Gratitude Training is suspending all trainings and events through April.  As a result of this, we are also forced to suspend all business operations.

Since Gratitude Training relies solely upon the income generated from conducting in-person experiential trainings, the impact on our business is substantial, if not devastating, in taking these precautionary measures. However, it is the right thing to do. These are not normal circumstances where we have the luxury to think of the sustainability of the company first.

Essentially, we are taking a giant PAUSE.

I am sure you have lots of questions. So do we!!! At this time all we can do is stay informed of what is happening on a global scale and act accordingly. Rather than seeking answers, it is time to declare a future and live into it. This is why we do this work in the first place. It is time for each of us individually to access love, compassion and leadership – the world needs us on the big stage now. We are trained and ready.

We don’t know what the future holds. What inspires me in this moment, is knowing that we have a tribe of powerful leaders, eager to apply this work in all areas of their lives. Peace will manifest beyond the physical walls of the transformational trainings. It will be a result of the choices we make in every moment, especially in times like this when faced with adversity.

Many are affected by this pause. I ask that you access compassion and kindness.
Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. We will continue to keep you informed.

As of now enrollment is open for trainings scheduled April 30, 2020 and beyond.

To our valued students and graduates,

We want to provide you with an update on the situation with the coronavirus and the steps we are taking at Gratitude to ensure your health and safety in the trainings.

Gratitude Training does not plan to suspend any center or events at this time, although we are taking several safety precautions.

First and foremost, there is no higher priority than your safety. We are doing everything we can to stay informed and prepared in evolving situation.  According to the most recent information from Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID–19 is thought to be low.

We want you to feel confident when attending our trainings and events at any of our locations. As a result, we have:

  • Enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting procedures

  • Stocked up on antibacterial hand soap and hand sanitizer

  • Instituted a screening process for everyone entering our locations

  • Adjusted the training processes is to limit unnecessary contact

  • Posted advisories to create awareness and educate everyone

Gratitude Training is committed to serving people in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak. It is important that you have the freedom to choose. Therefore, transfer fees will be waived if you elect to postpone your training.  The tuition you have paid will be applied to a future training if the transfer request is received prior to the original start date of your training and is valid for up to one year.

We will continue to closely monitor all changes in the World Health Organization, federal and state health guidelines, including from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as they relate to the COVID-19 outbreak and continue to ensure a safe environment for everyone’s safety and wellbeing. We will keep you informed and updated along the way as this situation evolves.

Thank you for your patience and trust in Gratitude. We are prepared to navigate through these challenges and circumstances. Your safety and your confidence in us are at the forefront of everything we do.

We look forward to seeing you soon,

Jo Englesson & The Gratitude Team
